Online Store Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for unused/unwashed clothing within 30 DAYS from original purchase date. Clothing must be exchanged for merchandise of EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. EXCHANGES ONLY. NO REFUNDS.

 

Exchanges must be in sellable condition. Merchandise with stains, make up, deodorant, bad odors etc. will not be accepted and will be mailed back to you.

 

To exchange please mail back garment(s) to the address provided below, with an original or copy of your invoice (**INVOICE REQUIRED**) and also note the item(s) that you would like to exchange for. We must receive the item(s)  within 30 days from date of purchase, and tag must be intact. We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages mailed to the wrong address. Only mail to the address provided below. To best fulfill your exchange request, we suggest you call our store at 808-784-0008 as soon as possible, to request an inventory check. Please note that we're not able to hold items for a long period of time. We will gladly hold an item provided your exchange is en route to our exchange address provided below and a tracking number is given to us at the time of your phone call. Once your exchange is received, inspected and approved, we will mail your new item to the mailing address provided on your invoice, unless otherwise requested.

 

There is a small shipping fee of $10.50 for exchanges. Please include (check) payment or prepaid postage along with your exchange.
